JLGames Terms and Conditions —

By accessing the JLGames platform in any capacity — whether you're browsing, registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, playing games, or placing sports bets — you are confirming that you accept these Terms in full. This acceptance is a condition of using JLGames.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the JLGames platform. Continued use of the platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. JLGames will notify registered players of material changes to these Terms via email or in-app notification, but it remains your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by JLGames, including but not limited to: online slots, Color Game, fishing games, virtual sports betting, volleyball betting, live casino games, and the JLGames Refer a Friend program.

To place real-money bets at JLGames, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

One Account Per Player. JLGames operates a strict one-account policy. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one JLGames account. This means one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Duplicate accounts created to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions will all be closed, and any funds held in such accounts may be voided.

• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted.
• You are responsible for keeping your JLGames login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your JLGames account, notify our support team immediately.
• JLGames may require additional identity verification (KYC) documents at any point, including before processing withdrawals.
• Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee as permitted by applicable regulations.

JLGames accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱5. JLGames does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may have their own charges.

Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the JLGames Deposit and Withdrawal page. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes to 2 hours. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. All withdrawals are processed to payment methods registered in your own name — JLGames does not send funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• JLGames reserves the right to request supporting documentation for large withdrawals as part of our anti-money laundering obligations.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a processing review before withdrawal.
• JLGames is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or your financial institution.

JLGames offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are stated on each individual promotion page. The general bonus rules in this section apply to all JLGames promotions unless stated otherwise.

Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your JLGames account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page. For example, a ₱100 bonus with a 20× wagering requirement means you must wager a total of ₱2,000 before the bonus can be converted to withdrawable cash.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of wagering requirements.
• JLGames reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple welcome bonuses will be closed.
• Certain games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified per promotion.
• Bonuses must be used within the time period specified on the promotion page. Expired bonuses are forfeited.
• JLGames reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived from bonuses if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system.

JLGames is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious violation of these Terms. JLGames uses automated monitoring systems and manual review to detect prohibited behaviour, and accounts found in violation will be suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology to play games or place bets on the JLGames platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or loopholes — whether discovered intentionally or by accident. Any player who discovers a technical error is required to notify JLGames support immediately without exploiting it.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in multiplayer or live game formats.
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other methods to misrepresent your location or circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or any form of financial crime through the JLGames platform.
• Creating multiple accounts for any reason, including to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent a previous suspension.

JLGames reserves the right to withhold funds and close accounts where prohibited behaviour is suspected or confirmed, and to report such behaviour to relevant authorities as required by law.

JLGames offers sports betting on volleyball, basketball, virtual sports, and international leagues. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the JLGames platform. Sport-specific rules for individual markets are published on the relevant sport pages.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match is postponed before it begins and not replayed within 48 hours, all bets will be voided and stakes returned to player wallets.
• JLGames reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published in error due to technical faults or human mistake.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability. JLGames may suspend in-play betting markets at any time at its discretion.
• For volleyball and other set-based sports, if a match is abandoned before the minimum number of sets required to determine a result have been completed, bets will be voided unless stated otherwise in sport-specific rules.
• Maximum payout per single bet and per accumulator bet is subject to limits specified on the sports betting pages at JLGames.

JLGames collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using JLGames, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

JLGames will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data collected is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and as required by regulatory obligations. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any JLGames content without prior written permission. Accessing JLGames content grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

JLGames provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability of the service. JLGames will not be liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control — though we will make every effort to resolve such issues promptly.

Dispute Resolution. If you have a dispute regarding a game outcome, a transaction, or any aspect of your JLGames account, please contact our customer support team in the first instance. The vast majority of disputes are resolved at this level. JLGames will review all disputes fairly and respond within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, it may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority.

JLGames reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, JLGames will notify registered players via email and/or in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Continued use of the JLGames platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, you should stop using the JLGames platform and close your account before the changes take effect. Closing your account before an amendment takes effect will not affect your right to withdraw any legitimate balance.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law. By using the JLGames platform, you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant Philippine courts and regulatory bodies for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through JLGames' internal dispute resolution process.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under Philippine law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or removed entirely, without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
